Return Policy

All return requests must be submitted via email to rtawtel@aol.com prior to shipment and are subject to final approval by the Richard V Tawtel Company.
Jewelry is accepted for exchange or store credit if returned without signs of wear, damage, or alterations within 15 days from receipt.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and include a copy of the sales receipt.

The customer assumes full responsibility for the cost of insurance, shipping; as well as any additional expenses associated with returning merchandise.

The customer agrees to find the Richard V Tawtel Company and its agents harmless in the event that said merchandise is lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipment.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to locate, recover, or collect any and all damages from the negligent delivery company in this event. Noncompliance with any store policies will result in loss of store credit or exchange. In the event the Richard V Tawtel Company receives an unapproved or denied return, the customer will be financially liable for any expense associated with the return of said merchandise. Furthermore, merchandise left under this circumstance for a period longer that 120 days of receipt will be considered abandoned and resold without notice to customer.
